A Recruiting Business Partner (RBP) typically serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and hiring managers, focusing specifically on talent acquisition and recruitment strategy.

Key responsibilities usually include:

Core Responsibilities:
• Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes
• Recruitment Process Optimization: Improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience
• Market Intelligence: Provide insights on talent market trends and competitive landscape
• Diversity & Inclusion: Drive diverse hiring practices and inclusive recruitment strategies

• Deep understanding of recruitment best practices

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools

Daily Schedule
