Junior General Writer

Primary Skill: Design Style guide - We’re looking for General Writers to write, publish, and maintain partner and consumer-facing documentation. Our work ranges from making small edits to existing content, to creating entire Help Centers. We need someone who is able to handle multiple projects to meet our turnaround time expectations, while also maintaining high-quality content.
Responsibilities:
Create high-quality reference, support, and how-to articles
Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify knowledge gaps in content
Draft, develop, and publish content
Skills:
Strong writing and editing ability
Ability to write according to our internal style guide
Strong communication skills
Project management skills
Customer service skills
Education requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English (or a similar subject)
2+ years of writing experience
Experience working within a content management system and/or basic HTML
